Let us provide an opportunity for you to enjoy the party and leave the creation of images to us!
Photography starts a quarter of an hour before the scheduled start time of the party. This allows us to create images of the cake, decorations and party preparations. The photographer stays at the party for one hour and 45 minutes capturing as much of the activity taking place during this time as possible.
Pro Photo, Inc offers this special “Kids Birthday Party” rate at half price of our normal hourly party or corporate pricing. The “Kids Birthday Party” rate is $150.00 for two hours. Additional hours may be added at $50.00 per hour if photographer is available. Travel is limited to Hilton Head/Bluffton area.
The “Kids Birthday Party” package includes:
A gift certificate for a free studio portrait sitting valued at $100.00.
Edited proofs of images viewable on line. Pass code protected. You choose to share with family and friends. Prints available for purchase on line.

1. Thank You Post Cards with a single image from the party. Set of 25, $40.00.
2. A birthday story told by images on a DVD set to music. The DVD is designed by Pro Photo, Inc. Design includes our selection of images and music. First DVD $50.00. Additional copies $30.00 each.
3. Soft cover memory book, 9×6, with 10 pages / 20 sides. Multiple images per page. Design includes our selection of images. First book $50.00. Additional copies $40.00 each.
Renaissance Album Large Library Edition. This is a traditional mat layout. Page size is 12 x 12. The mat holds up to an 8 x 10 image.

Frances designs cards using images from your portrait session. If you are interested contact us and send 6 - 10 proof numbers of your favorite images. We charge a $20.00 proofing fee to have a design sent to you for your review, prior to production. If you purchase, that proof fee is applied to your total bill. The cards come in two sizes. One is a 4 1/4 x 5 1/2 inch. And the other is 5 1/4 x 8 inches. The minimum purchase is 25 @ $2.00 per card or 25 @ $2.50 per card respectively. Additional cards may be purchased in increments of 25. These are custom designed cards and have a minimum design fee of $30.00, charged when you order.
Orders place after Oct. 31 and required before the holidays will be charged an additional fee of $15.00.
While we are gearing up for the holidays, these also make great invitations, thank you cards, and note cards.
